Return window and condition
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwritten, complete and in original packaging. Opening the outer packaging to inspect the product does not itself prevent a return. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Contact us describing the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Ordinary unused/original-packaging requirements do not prevent reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We cover the return shipping costs when the issue is our error, damage or a defect.
Change of mind and fees
Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
