Paper care
Store flat in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep printed surfaces away from moisture and friction. Test your chosen pen on a spare area first; ink results vary. Protect the fine botanical print from rubbing against rough surfaces.
Delivery & returns
Free shipping on all eligible U.S. orders. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a delivery guarantee.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwritten, complete and in original packaging. Opening the outer packaging to inspect the product does not itself prevent a return. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately.
